Quick answers
I haven't received my shipping notification. What now?
Ready-to-ship orders usually dispatch the next business day. Personalised orders take 48 hours to make first. If it's been longer than that, WhatsApp us and we'll check on it.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is something wrong?
Occasional pauses of 1–2 days between courier scans are normal, especially between cities. If it's been stuck for more than 4 days with no movement, WhatsApp us with your order number and we'll chase the courier.
The tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it.
Check with your building security, neighbours, and household — couriers sometimes hand off. If it's genuinely missing, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of the "delivered" scan and we'll open an investigation with the courier.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If the order hasn't shipped yet — yes, WhatsApp us immediately. Once it's with the courier, changes usually aren't possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Not directly from our website. For international enquiries, please write to us — we may be able to arrange case by case.
