Welcome to Arendelle. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of arendelle.in (the "site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Arendelle is a business operated from Mumbai, India. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean Arendelle. When we say "you" or "your", we mean you — our visitor, customer, or shopper.

Who can shop

You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, it's an offer to buy — not a binding contract yet. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete information, or issues with payment.

Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, we may cancel and refund without further explanation.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change without notice, but any order already confirmed will honor the price at the time of order
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets via Razorpay and other secure payment providers
• Cash on Delivery is available for select pincodes, subject to a small handling fee

Personalised products

When you order a personalised item — a name, initials, or custom details — please double-check your spelling at checkout. Once we begin production (typically within a few hours of order placement), the personalisation cannot be changed.

Personalised items are made to order and are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect or spelling errors made by us.

Shipping & delivery

All shipping details, timelines, and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are best-effort; we're not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & refunds

All return, exchange, and refund rules are set out in our Returns Policy. Please review that page before making a purchase.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, logos, and the Arendelle name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product designs "inspired by" fandoms (Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, etc.) sold under our Accessorisingg line are handmade tributes and are not officially licensed by the respective rights holders.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or overload it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Post false or misleading reviews or engage in fraudulent behaviour
• Scrape, republish, or resell our content or product images

A note on our promise

Every piece we sell is handmade, so small variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural — that's part of the charm, not a defect. We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but slight differences between screen and actual product may occur.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item in question. We're not liable for indirect losses (missed occasions, disappointment, and so on).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above tells you when. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
