1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the following business day.
- Please note that custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Prepaid Orders: We offer free express shipping on all prepaid orders.

COD Orders: We levy a ₹100 Cash on Delivery fee for all COD orders irrespective of the order value. Max order value for COD orders is ₹3000. Orders above ₹3000 will require prepaid payment.

Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time for express shipping is 2-7 business days.
Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by national holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of the package. These rates will be shown at checkout.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

- If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, kindly take a photo of the package and contents, and send it to support@arendelle.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
