Return and Refund Policy

At Arendelle, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review our policy below for details.

1. Return Policy

  • No Questions Asked Returns: We offer a hassle-free return policy within 3 days of delivery. If you wish to return your item, simply contact us at support@arendelle.in within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process.
  • The return pick up will be arranged via our courier partner within 7 days of the return request being received. 
  • Conditions for Return:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@arendelle.in.  Along with your claim, kindly include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Once we review the photos, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the availability of the product and your preference.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [7-10 business days] after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • In case of a COD order, you will be asked to share your bank account details. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Shipping Fee is not refundable. 

4. Exceptions

  • Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on customized or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
