1. Return Policy

No Questions Asked Returns: We offer a hassle-free return policy within 3 days of delivery. If you wish to return your item, simply contact us at support@arendelle.in within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process.
- The return pick up will be arranged via our courier partner within 7 days of the return request being received.

Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@arendelle.in. Along with your claim, kindly include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once we review the photos, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the availability of the product and your preference.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [7-10 business days] after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- In case of a COD order, you will be asked to share your bank account details.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
- Shipping Fee is not refundable.
4. Exceptions
