Return and Exchange Policy

At Arendelle, every product is made with love and packed with care. We follow strict quality checks before shipping. Since our products are crafted for special moments, we accept returns only in cases where the item is damaged, or the wrong product has been received.

1) Damaged or Wrong Product Received. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • ·        Please email us at support@arendelle.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • ·        Include your order number and an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. (This step is mandatory for us to process your request.)
  • ·        After verification, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

2. Refunds

 

·        Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.

·        Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

·        For COD orders, we’ll request your bank details for the transfer.

·        You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

3. Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as size, change of mind, or dislike of the product.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
